Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (e.g., clearance items, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive products) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support to initiate a return request.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Roam Verto is at fault.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days with clear photos for a replacement or refund.
